The semi-automatic sealing machine operates on constant heat, featuring a versatile DualFit System that accommodates both vertical and horizontal seal head orientations. It effectively seals various materials, including most heat-sealable bags, BOPP, PVC, PE, PU, BoPET, Cello, and laminated bags, utilizing a 10 mm (3/8 inch) seal width. Compatible with diverse bag formats such as pillow, pouch, sack, open mouth, stand-up, doypack, gusseted, multi-ply, and flat bottom, it is recommended for medium-duty applications.

For vertical machines, it supports bag heights ranging from 170 to 330 mm (6.7 to 13 inches), allowing a 12 mm (1/2 inch) allowance for bag leftover or excess. The machine requires necessary warm-up and operates within a temperature range of 0 - 300°C, featuring a cooling feature. Designed for right-to-left product flow, it includes features like easy access panels, an E-stop, and a digital temperature controller. The machine also includes a resettable bag counter and supports a maximum bag weight of 1 kg (2.2 lbs).

Utilizing a PTFE seal belt with 2 heating and cooling bars, the motorized belt has an adjustable speed of up to 12 mt/min, with a conveyor width of 13.5 cm (5.3 inches). Constructed with metal and electrostatic coating, the machine can be tabletop or optionally placed on a rolling base. Weighing 35 kg (77.2 lbs), it has dimensions of 95 x 45 x 32 cm (37.4 x 17.72 x 12.6 inches). When shipped, it measures 121.92 x 101.6 x 63.5 cm (48 x 40 x 25 inches) and has a shipping weight of 63 kg (139 lbs).

The all-in-one continuous high-speed bag sealing system makes strong, professional-looking airtight seals. Easy to use, it is equipped with a bag entry guide for easy bag feeding and straight seals. It includes a motorized belt conveyor with synchronized speed adjustment (Maximum speed 12 m/min [40 ft./min]).

The integrated hot-roll printing coder allows for printing numbers and letters directly onto the bag's seal, equipped with a photo sensor and adjustable print placement system for optimal printing precision. It accepts a variety of print colors to increase contrast and readability and can print alphanumeric characters (max 20 per line – including spaces) with a maximum of two lines.

The adjustable 2-way pulley system ensures optimal bag stability and coding clarity. The sealing method is constant heat, sealing thermoplastic materials including Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), BoPET (i.e. Mylar), and heat-sealable laminations and cellulose (ie. Cellophane). The machine features a single pair of bronze sealing bars and a PID Digital Temperature Controller: 0 - 300°C (572°F) with dual alphanumeric displays (target & current temperature) for optimal seal.
