The Stainless Steel Continuous Band Sealer CBS-730I (Dual Position, Horizontal & Vertical) 220 Volts, Embossing Printing Coder Compatible is a versatile semi-automatic sealing machine that operates on constant heat. It features a DualFit System that accommodates both vertical and horizontal seal head orientations, allowing it to seal a wide range of bag formats, including pillow, pouch, sack, open mouth, stand-up, doypack, gusseted, multi-ply, and flat bottom.
Capable of sealing various heat-sealable materials, such as BOPP, PVC, PE, PU, BoPET, Cello, and laminated bags, the machine offers a 10 mm (3/8 inch) seal width. It is recommended for bag heights ranging from 125 to 280 mm (4.9 to 11 inches), with a 12 mm (1/2 inch) allowance for bag leftover or excess.
The machine requires a warm-up period and operates within a temperature range of 0 - 300°C, with a cooling feature. Classified for light-duty use, the seal head is adjustable in height, and the product flow is from right to left. The machine incorporates easy access panels, an E-stop, and an analog temperature controller.
