The JORESTECH 600 Series Continuous Band Sealers are versatile, semi-automatic sealing machines designed to handle a wide range of thermoplastic materials, including Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), and heat-sealable laminations. These compact yet powerful units are capable of sealing a variety of bag formats, such as stand-up pouches (Doypack), gusseted bags, pillow-type bags, sachets, and barrier bags.
A key feature of these sealers is the DualFit System, which allows for both vertical and horizontal seal head orientations. This flexibility enables the machines to accommodate diverse bag formats and sizes, with a seal width of up to 10 mm (3/8 inch). The machines can handle bag heights ranging from 125 to 280 mm (4.9 to 11 inches), with an allowance of 12 mm (1/2 inch) for bag leftover or excess.
Equipped with a PID digital temperature controller, the sealers offer a temperature range of 0 to 300°C (572°F), with dual alphanumeric displays for both target and current temperature. This precise temperature control, combined with a necessary warm-up period, ensures the creation of strong, airtight seals, comparable to those produced by costly high-speed automatic systems.
