This versatile, semi-automatic sealing machine is designed to efficiently seal a wide range of materials, including most heat-sealable bags, BOPP, PVC, PE, PU, BoPET, Cello, and laminated bags. Featuring a DualFit System, it supports both vertical and horizontal seal head orientations, allowing users to accommodate a variety of bag formats such as pillow, pouch, sack, open mouth, stand-up, doypack, gusseted, multi-ply, and flat bottom bags.

The machine's constant heat operation and 10 mm (3/8 inch) seal width make it suitable for super heavy-duty applications. It can handle bag heights ranging from 170 to 330 mm (6.7 to 13 inches), leaving a 12 mm (1/2 inch) allowance for bag leftover or excess. The machine's temperature range of 0 - 300°C allows it to seal a diverse range of materials, and it includes a cooling feature for efficient operation.

Designed for right-to-left product flow, the machine incorporates user-friendly features such as easy access panels, an E-stop, and a digital dual temperature controller. The motorized belt conveyor with synchronized speed adjustment (maximum speed 12 m/min [40 ft./min]) ensures consistent and efficient sealing.

Furthermore, the machine is equipped with an integrated hot-roll printing coder, allowing users to print numbers and letters directly onto the bag's seal. The system includes a photo sensor and an adjustable print placement system for optimal printing precision. It accepts a variety of print colors to increase contrast and readability, with a maximum of 20 alphanumeric characters (including spaces) per line, and a maximum of two lines of print.

To ensure optimal bag stability and coding clarity, the machine features an adjustable 2-way pulley system. The sealing method is constant heat, effectively sealing thermoplastic materials such as Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), BoPET (i.e. Mylar), and heat-sealable laminations and cellulose (ie. Cellophane). The single pair of bronze sealing bars and PID Digital Temperature Controller (0 - 300°C [572°F]) with dual alphanumeric displays (target & current temperature) ensure precise and consistent sealing.
