It is capable of sealing most heat-sealable bags, such as those made of BOPP, PVC, PE, PU, BoPET, Cello, and laminated materials, offering a 10 mm (3/8 inch) seal width. The machine operates with constant heat and is recommended for light-duty use, requiring necessary warm-up with a temperature range of 0 - 300°C and a cooling feature. The seal head is height adjustable, and the product flow is from right to left.
Additional features of this sealing machine include easy access panels, an E-stop, analog temperature controller, master ON indicator, and optional continuous alphanumeric character embossing. It utilizes a PTFE seal belt with 2 heating and cooling bars, operating on a motorized belt with adjustable speed (up to 12 mt/min) and a conveyor width of 13.5 cm (5.3 inches). The construction is metal with electrostatic coating, allowing the machine to be placed on a tabletop or an optional rolling base.
