The Stainless Steel Continuous Band Sealer CBS-730I (Dual Position, Horizontal & Vertical), Embossing Printing Coder Compatible is an industrial-grade machine designed for light-duty continuous bag sealing applications. This semi-automatic sealing device incorporates a versatile DualFit System, allowing for both vertical and horizontal seal head orientations, and efficiently seals a variety of materials, including most heat-sealable bags, BOPP, PVC, PE, PU, BoPET, Cello, and laminated bags, with a 10 mm (3/8 inch) seal width.
Compatible with diverse bag formats such as pillow, pouch, sack, open mouth, stand-up, doypack, gusseted, multi-ply, and flat bottom, the machine is recommended for light-duty use. Vertical machines support bag heights from 125 to 280 mm (4.9 to 11 inches), allowing a 12 mm (1/2 inch) allowance for bag leftover or excess.
Featuring easy access panels, an E-stop, and an analog temperature controller, the machine offers options for continuous alphanumeric character embossing. It utilizes a PTFE seal belt with 2 heating and cooling bars, and its motorized belt has an adjustable speed of up to 12 mt/min, with a conveyor width of 13.5 cm (5.3 inches).
Operating with constant heat, the machine requires a necessary warm-up and operates within a temperature range of 0 - 300°C, including a cooling feature. The seal head is adjustable in height, and product flow is from right to left.
Powered by 110V at 50-60Hz, with a power consumption of 650W/5.9A, the machine uses a NEMA 5-15P plug and is fuse/breaker protected.
